Please wait to sign your document until your appointment unless you have been specifically instructed otherwise. Certain notarizations require the signature to be made in the notary’s presence.

Mobile notary appointments are primarily available throughout Southwest Florida. Requests outside of the immediate service area may also be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on location and availability. Please submit an appointment request or contact us to discuss your location.

Witness requirements vary depending on the document and circumstances. If your document indicates that witnesses are required, please let us know when scheduling so the appointment can be planned accordingly.
